「建設・施工管理」領域におけるキャリアプラットフォームの価値最大化に向け、TikTokを主軸としたSNSマーケティングの最適化を担っていただきます。 本ポジションのミッションは、単なる動画の量産ではなく、「マーケットインの視点に基づいたコンテンツ設計」と「コンバージョン動線の論理的構築」です。
▼ 業務の詳細
- グロース戦略の策定: 施工管理未経験層(主にZ世代〜20代)のインサイトを特定し、独自のポジショニングを確立する。
- クリエイティブ・ディレクション: 視聴データに基づいた「離脱させない台本」の構成監修および品質管理。
- 競合優位性の分析: 競合アカウントのABテスト結果を予測し、自社運用へのフィードバックを実施。
- オペレーション・コントロール: 制作チーム(撮影・編集)への論理的なフィードバックと進行管理。
- パフォーマンス・アナリティクス: 視聴維持率、エンゲージメント率、および最終的な獲得単価(CPA)を意識した改善。
※投稿や編集といった作業フェーズは別部門が担当するため、あなたは**「上流工程の戦略とディレクション」**にリソースを集中投下できる環境です。
