▼ 業務の詳細
- グロース戦略の策定: 施工管理未経験層(主にZ世代〜20代)のインサイトを特定し、独自のポジショニングを確立する。
- クリエイティブ・ディレクション: 視聴データに基づいた「離脱させない台本」の構成監修および品質管理。
- 競合優位性の分析: 競合アカウントのABテスト結果を予測し、自社運用へのフィードバックを実施。
- オペレーション・コントロール: 制作チーム(撮影・編集)への論理的なフィードバックと進行管理。
- パフォーマンス・アナリティクス: 視聴維持率、エンゲージメント率、および最終的な獲得単価(CPA)を意識した改善。
