当部門はSolutions部門において特定のソリューション、技術領域に深い専門知識を持ち、Account Executive(営業)、業界/企業担当のSolution Engineerとともに製品、および技術的な観点からお客様へのソリューション提案、デモンストレーション、技術的な質問への対応を担います。
また、Agentforce(自律型AIエージェント)やData 360(旧Data Cloud)の専門家として国内外の開発部門や製品マーケティング部門と連携し、日本における製品品質の向上、および市場における認知度向上のための活動も行います。
Role Description
- ソリューション提案
- 関連部門と密接に連携し、担当領域における適切なソリューション、アーキテクチャ提案を実施
- 製品の最新動向、制限事項などをふまえた提案書を作成
- デモンストレーション
- お客様、パートナー様、および社内関連部門に製品の価値を正しく伝え、課題を解決するためのソリューション構築と効果的なデモンストレーションを実施
- 技術的な質問への回答
- 社内の関連部門や提案チーム、パートナーや顧客からの技術的な質問に対して迅速かつ正確に回答する
- 技術的なトレーニング
- 社内関連部門やパートナー様へのセミナー、ベストプラクティス、ナレッジシェア等を実施
- マーケティング活動支援
- セミナーやイベントでの登壇、プレゼンテーション、デモンストレーションの実施によるマーケティング活動支援し、ソリューションを市場へ広く価値訴求する活動を実施
- 各種営業マテリアルの作成
- 提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かし、製品に関するTips集、標準デモンストレーション(各製品、複数製品連携など)、提案書テンプレート、リファレンスアーキテクチャなどを作成
- 関連部門との密な連携
- 営業チーム、パートナーアライアンス、マーケティング、製品開発、製品マーケティング等と密に連携し、共に製品の拡販するための戦略を立て実行する
- 製品の最新情報を収集し、販売戦略を策定し、社内外への展開を実施
- 製品販売における技術的な障害を本社開発部門や製品マーケティング部門と連携して解決

Basic Requirements
- 言語: 日本語 (読み、書き、会話が流暢にできるレベル)/ 英語 (読み、書きが問題ないレベル)
- ソフトウェア製品の販売、または導入の経験 (プリセールスエンジニア/アーキテクト/システムエンジニア)
- コンサルティングおよびソリューション設計の経験
- お客様向け、セミナーやイベントなどでのプレゼンテーション/デモンストレーション経験
- お客様のビジネスニーズのヒアリング、および課題を分析する能力
- 常に好奇心旺盛で、新しい技術を学ぶことに興味を持って取り組む姿勢
- チームで仕事を進めるコミュニケーション力
- プリセールス、ポストセールスに関わらず、技術的な問題をオーナーシップを持って解決する能力
- マルチタスク実行能力、スピード感を持った業務遂行能力
