仕事内容


企画・デザイン・モノづくり・納品までをトータルプロデュース

  • プレイングマネージャーとしてお客様のご要望に合った商品の企画からデザイン、製造納品まで一貫して携わっていただきます。主に革小物、シルバー、傘など多様な商材のOEM事業をご担当いただきます。
  • 部署目標達成への取り組み、方針策定、部下マネジメントを通しての部署総合力強化
  • 商品開発をご検討している企業様に対し、自社のノウハウを活かし提案~企画・デザイン~製造~パッケージングまでご提案いただきます。

スピードや品質からリピート顧客も多く、「顧客の製品と自社とのコラボ」など提案の幅が広いのが特徴です。単に数字を追いかけるのではなく、ご要望に合った商品開発にコミットできる環境です。

当社の商材・生産体制を活かしたOEM・ODM商品の企画提案をお任せ

具体的にはコンサートグッズ、イベント商品、店舗物販商品等の取り扱い会社へ提案

【仕事の流れ】

  • お客様へ商談のアポイント
  • Webからの問合せに対応する新規は100%反響営業

  • ニーズに合った商品を企画・提案

  • 受注後、サンプル作成を提携工場に発注
  • サンプルをチェック後、量産へ
  • 工場と連携し、製造の進捗を管理
  • 検品後、お客様に納品
