組織説明
契約審査・不正利用監視の部門として、全てのお客様が安全・安心にサービスを利用できるよう、契約の審査や、不審な申し込み等のモニタリング等を担当している部門です。
実務自体は主に業務委託先で行っており、企画や管理を主に行っています。
業務内容
契約審査側の部門責任者として、
定常業務マネージャー業務に加え、契約審査に関連するBPRプロジェクトや開発プロジェクトを推進するリーダとしての役割も順次ご担当頂きます。
1.マーケティング部門からの施策相談に対する運用調整
2.外部BPOベンダーマネジメント(コスト・クオリティ管理、マニュアルレビュー等)
3.KYC (Know Your Customer)プロセスの開発及び改善
4.リスクマネジメント、インシデント発生時の対応
5.各種レポート/報告書作成・会議などでの報告
5.新技術開発のための検討(審査効率向上、悪者流入抑止)
その他、ご経験やスキル次第では、経営層レベルの会議にご参加いただき、
状況報告や、施策の決裁などに関わっていただく可能性もあります。
必須要件
下記ご経験/スキルのある方
●ユニットリーダ以上のマネジメント経験(目安3名以上)
●オペレーションの設計/改善経験(目安1年以上)
