Job Purpose
**TD SYNNEX株式会社のファイナンス部門の一員として、ディストリビュ-タ-にとって必要不可欠なリベ-ト管理を担って頂くポジションです。
具体的には、仕入リベ-ト課の中核を担う実務スペシャリストとして、プロダクトマジメント部門やマ-ケティング部門と密に連携を行いながら、デ-タ照合やExcelツ-ルによるレポ-ト作成などを含めて、リベ-ト契約の管理、及び契約に基づいた正しい会計処理の実行、ベンダ-に対する債権残高の見届けを行って頂きます。

- リベ-ト計上金額の内容確認及び承認
- リベ-トプラン毎の残高の妥当性確認
- 請求業務(15%)
- リベ-ト請求内容の集計及び請求確認
- 請求書発行
- 買掛金チ-ムへの回収連絡
- 残高確認
- 債権回収フォロ-アップ(35%)
- リベ-トプラン毎の債権の残高管理(Aging管理を含む)
- 未回収
- 長期滞留債権解消に向けたフォロ-アップ
- 業務改善(10%)
- 業務移管及び部門間連携の見直し、月次レポ-ト業務の改善推進
- レポ-ティングの質的向上の推進
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
求める経験
- 債権管理や買掛債務管理、又はリベ-ト管理の経験(7年以上)
- 経理実務経験者(照合業務を含む)
求めるスキル
- 能力
- 契約書の条件や条項の把握と正確な会計処理の判断
- 効率的且つ正確にデ-タ処理を行えるITリテラシ-(Lookup関数、ピボットテ-ブル等)
- 社内外の関係者と円滑な連携を行い、問題解決や業務調整を行うスキル
- チ-ムワ-クを重視し、ファイナンス部門内だけでなく他部門とも協力的な関係を構築するスキル
- 日商簿記2-3級の保有者は尚可
- ネイティブレベルの日本語の語学力(読み
