Description:
The Digitization team is focused on delivering best-in-class digital experiences for our Card Members throughout their relationship with American Express. The mission of the team is to digitally engage and drive unparalleled satisfaction for our Card Members across differentiated channels and products ranging from servicing, payments, and next generation developments.
We are looking for a dynamic Senior Analyst to work closely with partners, both internal and external, including various central teams and multiple stakeholders of the Japan business, to help drive digital membership advancements and adoption to meet the evolving needs of our customers and company. The ideal candidate will be flexible and inquisitive with creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver marketing plans for current and new digital capabilities including Amex App, card member's personal page, and new payments. Will be working with internal teams (local and central) and external partners.
2. Manage digital communication platform, partnering with internal and
Central teams to optimize it
3. Project management of digital capabilities for Japan, partnering with
internal and Central teams to ensure launch timings and the meeting of business objectives.
4. Helping to create best in class digital experiences for customer engagement.
Skills:
- 3 years+ of marketing background and/or familiarity in tech processes and project management.
- Open mind & flexible personality with a passion to learn about new emerging technologies.
- Self-starter with a strong customer-centric mindset.
- Confident and clear communication skills; strong ability to influence, challenge, and drive change.
- Exceptional ability to build close relationships and collaborate with partners in order to lead in various projects and marketing plans.
- Experience in digital marketing and data analysis is highly desirable.
- Experience in developing effective marketing communications.
- Proficient language skills\: Native Japanese and Business English both written and oral.
