Hondaは「ソフトウェアでクルマの価値を進化させる」ことを掲げ、SDV(Software Defined Vehicle)の実現に向けた変革を加速しています。
その中で、ソフトウェア開発の効率と品質を飛躍的に高めるカギとなるのが生成AIを活用した開発プロセスの自動化です。AIによるコード生成やレビュー支援、テスト自動化、ドキュメント生成など、開発全体を再定義する新たな仕組みをつくる挑戦を、Hondaの開発現場からリードするエンジニアを募集します。

【業務委細】
SDV開発を支えるソフトウェア開発プロセスの自動化・効率化に向けて、生成AIや機械学習を活用したシステムや環境構築の企画・開発していただきます。

- 生成AIを活用したコード生成・コードレビュー支援ツールの開発
- 開発プロセス分析に基づく自動化システム(CI/CD, テスト, 品質評価等)の設計
- ナレッジグラフ/ドキュメント自動生成基盤の構築(例:設計書、仕様書生成)
- 車載開発やクラウド開発で得られるデータのAI分析・要求分析自動化
- クラウド/オンプレ統合のAI駆動開発に向けた仕組み構築(AWS, Azure, GCP)
- 開発現場でのAI活用事例の発掘・PoC推進・社内展開

【必須】
・生成AIまたは機械学習モデル(LLM, GPT等)の開発・活用経験
・ソフトウェア開発経験(Python, JavaScript, C++など)
・クラウド環境(AWS, GCP, Azure等)での開発・運用経験
【尚可】
・自動化基盤(CI/CD, テスト自動化, データ分析自動化等)の設計・運用経験
・組込みシステム開発またはクラウドサービス開発経験
・MLOps、LLM APIの利用経験
・MBSE/モデルベース開発、Automotive SPICE、ISO26262などの知識
・チームリーディングや社内AI導入プロジェクト推進経験
