【募集の背景】
自動車業界は「ソフトウェアがクルマを定義する」時代=**SDV(Software Defined Vehicle)**に突入しました。
Hondaでは、車載ソフトウェアの開発プロセスをクラウドに展開し、刷新・改善を継続的に行える仕組みを構築することで、クルマを"進化し続ける製品"に変えていこうとしています。
製品開発におけるクラウド活用の経験を持つエンジニアの力を、次世代Honda車の開発に活かしていただきたいと考えています。

プロセス革新の仕組みづくり

クラウドと車載開発の橋渡し
└ 組込み開発チームと連携し、クラウド基盤を活用した効率的な開発環境を提供
最新技術の導入・実装

クラウド環境でのソフトウェア開発・運用経験(経験フェーズ問わず)
【尚可】
CI/CD環境や自動化パイプラインの設計・運用経験
コンテナ技術(Docker, Kubernetesなど)の実務経験
組込み開発または車載開発プロセスとの連携経験
AI/MLやMLOps、MBSE、xILSなどの知見
アジャイル/DevOps文化に基づく開発経験
