【業務内容】

同社の立ち上げフェーズのAI活用コンサルティング事業において、マネージャーとして、プロジェクト統括、メンバー育成、成功責任を担っていただきます。

■複数プロジェクトのマネジメント

■クライアントとのリレーション構築・提案営業リード

【求める人材】

【必須経験・スキル】

■クライアント折衝を伴うプロジェクト経験(5年以上)

■顧客折衝や経営層への提案の実務経験

■複数メンバーを束ねるチームマネジメント/育成の経験

■IT導入支援のプロジェクト経験

【歓迎経験・スキル】

■戦略、業務コンサルティングのPM経験

■DXプロジェクトのプロジェクトリード

■Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AIなどの環境構築経験

■セキュリティ・ガバナンスを考慮したシステム設計の経験

■クライアント・チームの両方に信頼される「人間力」のある方

■技術だけでなく、業務理解やビジネス視点にも興味を持てる方
