Q. どんな施設ですか?

A. 児童発達支援事業所で、発達に特性のある未就学のお子様が利用されています。20年以上の実績ある療育プログラムで、個別療育と集団療育を組み合わせた支援を行っています。

Q. 具体的に何をするの?

A. お子さまの発達支援や生活動作のサポートを通して、社会の中で生き抜く力を育みます。日常生活における基本動作の指導、知識・技能の習得支援、集団生活への適応訓練、ビジョントレーニング、SST、アンガーマネジメント支援、保護者への報告・相談対応、送迎、記録作成、事務作業などを担当します。

Q. 未経験でも大丈夫?

A. スタッフの約8割が未経験スタートです。新任研修・社内研修制度で基礎からしっかり学べ、入職後は先輩スタッフが丁寧にOJTを行います。毎日のミーティングやカンファレンスの時間がしっかり確保されており、相談しやすく安心して働ける環境です。

【必須要件】

児童指導員任用資格を保有(児童福祉施設での勤務経験が2年以上/中卒の場合は3年以上)

短大卒以上

Word・Excelの基本操作ができる方

以下いずれかに該当する方:社会福祉士、精神保健福祉士、児童指導員任用資格、幼稚園教諭、教員免許(小・中・高)、心理・教育・社会・社会福祉系の学科・研究科卒業

月上限25,000円まで支給
