【西神品質管理部/Organization Overview】
高品質な製品を安定的に供給するために、高い専門性を礎として受入検査並びに品質試験に使用する機器及びシステムの管理業務(導入、維持管理、廃棄)を実施します
【職務/Job Responsibilities】
・製品資材、注射剤及び固形製剤の品質管理、分析試験(資材検査、理化学試験、微生物試験)に使用する機器及びシステムのクオリフィケーション、メンテナンス、故障修理業者対応およびリタイアメントの関わる業務
・品質管理の機器及びシステムに関わる手順、記録等の作成及び照査
・上司とともに逸脱、トラブルに対する調査及び問題解決の実施
・新規機器及びシステム導入などに拘わる変更管理の起案
・米国本社・海外製造所との協働プロジェクトへ実働メンバーとしての参加
・部内外における業務品質及び生産性・安全性改善活動
・その他、品質管理の機器及びシステムの発注管理業務
【必須要件/Mandatory Requirements】
・(医薬品・医療機器・化粧・化学業界にて)3年程度又はそれ以上のラボ機器及び電子ラボシステムの使用経験。年数に拘わらず品質管理・分析試験業務(理化学試験・微生物試験)経験があることが望ましい。
・高等学校卒以上
・日本語 Fluent Level
・英語のreading, Writingができることが望ましい
・弊社では社員のウェルビーイングと生産性の観点から、自宅最寄り駅から勤務地までの通勤距離が90㎞以内かつ最安経路での公共交通機関の所要時間が90分以内の範囲を、通勤可能上限としています。それよりも遠方にお住まいの場合は、通勤可能な範囲にご転居いただくことを原則としております(借上社宅の貸与あり)。車両通勤を認める場合においても、上記を適用します。
