<職務内容>
サプライチェーン調達・計画担当者として、原料、中間製品の所要量、購入時期及び生産の計画を策定する。S&OPプロセスに基づき、基準生産計画立案、日本国外の製造サイトを含む、本社・西神工場各関連部門との調整を通じて、顧客に対してリリー製品が安定的に供給されることを目的とする。
担当製品については製造本部におけるプロダクトリーダーとしてのオーナーシップを持ち、製品供給に関わる問題解決に対して関係各部門との調整にリーダーシップを発揮する。
<主な職責>
- 在庫計画の立案
- 基準生産計画の立案及びラフカット能力計画との調整
- 中間品・原薬所要計画の立案と発注
- 上記に関わる関係部門との調整・促進
- 生産、製品供給、中間品/原薬輸入に関わるリスクの特定と、予防措置。また、問題発生時の解決。
- 生産計画システム(SAP、APO)の維持・運用、更新対応
- 海外サイト及びグローバルサプライチェーンとの製品供給に関わる調整及び連携
- 神戸本社(ブランドチーム、フォーキャスティング部、流通政策、製品品質保証等)との製品供給に関わる調整及び連携
- 製造本部の各部門との製品供給に関わる調整及び連携

必須経験/スキル・資格>
- 製造会社(化学工業が望ましい)で、以下の何れかの業務経験が3年以上あること(双方があれば、尚可)
*生産計画・実施管理業務
*海外からの物品の調達・納期管理業務
- 英語力 (TOEIC 800以上、ビジネス上での読み書き・議論が可能)、日本語力(ネイティブレベル)
- 弊社では社員のウェルビーイングと生産性の観点から、自宅最寄り駅から勤務地までの通勤距離が90㎞以内かつ公共交通機関の所要時間*が90分以内の範囲を、通勤可能上限としています。それよりも遠方にお住まいの場合は、通勤可能な範囲にご転居いただくことを原則としております(借上社宅の貸与あり)。車両通勤を認める場合においても、上記を適用します

- 製薬企業での製造間接業務、新製品の発売準備の経験
- SAP環境下での業務経験
- 外部委託業者管理業務
- MRPなど生産管理の基礎知識(CPIM取得者尚可)
