【業務について】

当社スタッフのお悩み相談や

フォロー対応をお任せします。

「最近どうですか?」

「困っていることはないですか?」と

ヒアリングしながら、小さな不安や

モヤモヤを早めにキャッチします

内容は簡単なことがほとんどで、

話を聞くだけで安心されるケースも

多いです

相談内容をもとに、必要なときは

社内メンバーと一緒に対応策を考えて、

実際に実行していきます。

チームで動くので、1人で抱え込む

心配はありません

その他、社内連絡や書類作成、

タイムカードの回収、入社案内、

荷物の配達、面接サポートなど、

簡単な事務作業もあります。

・普通自動車第一種免許(AT限定可)

・自動車の運転が問題なくできる方

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 20日

休憩:60分

実働:8時間

残業:月20時間程度

※定時退勤日あり

基本給:月給 25万円 〜 30万円
