Job Purpose: Support Product Manager in achieving sales and profit targets for related product groups, creating highest return for TD SYNNEX and vendor through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship.
Responsibilities:
- Implement sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners.
- Implement marketing programs to support product group objectives.
- Execute joint initiatives with vendor and business partners.
- Minimize inventory obsolescence and optimize inventory turns and fulfillment.
- Implement business plans to achieve vendor revenue targets and generate planned profit outcomes.
- Achieve revenue plans by brand and market segment.
- Coordinate TD SYNNEX functions to deliver agreed product plan outcomes.
- Maintain vendor relationships and knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement.
- Ensure high levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate pipeline by product group.
- Measure and maintain critical product group performance data to ensure Tech Data meets vendor commitments and leverages commercial opportunities.
- Support Product Manager in business forecasting and planning for product groups with vendors.
- Provide reports for commercial decision making.
- Deal with unsatisfactory performance and behavior within team.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in IT distribution.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Vendor product sales certifications an advantage.
- Self-starter, results focused, sound business acumen.
- Ability to work with little direction and influence business outcomes without direct control.
