仕事内容:
2021年3月に開園した保育園で、正社員の調理スタッフ募集(保育園調理の経験者募集)
1日7時間、週4日の正社員となります。調理スタッフは、週4日の正社員2名とパート職員1~2名となる予定。平日は2名体制で給食づくりをおこなっていただきます(正社員と正社員、もしくは正社員とパート)。
園児に出す給食とおやつのメイン調理をお願いします。入園時期は、保護者と食事の進み具合の確認もお願いします。
2026年2月時点で、1歳クラス5名、2歳クラス5名、3歳クラス8名、4歳クラス7名、5歳クラス9名の計34名が在籍。
離乳食は無く、全員幼児食となります。(1歳クラスのお子さんの入園時の状況によっては個別での対応が必要となる場合があります)
ホシザキの業務用キッチンを使用。
らでぃっしゅぼーやから毎日届く食材を使用します。
JR中央線武蔵境駅から徒歩5分で便利
主婦(夫)の方のブランク復帰も歓迎です。
退職金制度有り。(積立は全額会社負担)
インフルエンザ予防接種が会社負担で受けられます。

勤務時間・曜日:
<シフト制>週4日勤務
平日 9:00~17:00 (7時間勤務、休憩60分)
土曜日 10:00~16:00(5時間勤務、休憩60分)
・月1~2回程度土曜勤務有り(無い場合もあります)
土曜日出勤の場合、平日に振休取得
休暇・休日:

1日あたり7時間、1週間あたり28時間程度となるように出勤をお願います。
■平日4日出勤:1日7時間×4日間=28時間
■土曜日出勤有りの場合
月1回目):1日7時間×3日、1日3.5時間×1日、1日6時間×1日=30.5時間
月2回目):1日7時間×3日、1日5時間×1日=26時間
■平日に祝日が1日ある場合、週3日勤務となります
