職務内容/Job duties
This role takes on the technical specialist in promoting and supporting the global rollout and maintenance of Workday within Yokogawa. Helps manage the functional and operational design maintenance and configuration of the system.
テクニカルスペシャリストとして、横河における Workday のグローバル展開と保守を推進・支援する。システムの機能設計、運用設計、およびコンフィギュレーションの管理を支援する。
業務内容(入社後会社の状況に応じて業務変更の可能性あり。範囲:当社業務全般)
This position will be tasked to support Workday systems operation - the responsibility centers on but not limited to the technical design but also the functional aspect of the end to end processing of HCM, Recruitment, Compensation, Talent, Performance and LMS. Manage the daily intake and outtake of tickets coming in from Service Now.
このポジションは、HCM、採用、コンペンセーション、タレント、パフォーマンス、LMSの技術的および機能的サポートを含むがこれらに限定されないWorkdayシステム全体の運用を担当する。サービスナウから送られてくるチケットの日々の入出庫を管理し、社内メンバーやベンダーへの適切な分配を行います。担当者はまた、Workdayとの取引について常にコミュニケーションとアップデートを行い、ステークホルダーを管理する責任を負います。

待遇/Salary & Benefits
想定年収(基本給+賞与)
730万-920万円 (お持ちのスキル、資格、ご経験により変わります)
想定年収は基本給(月額):38万~54万円+賞与(2024年度実績)平均6.4ヶ月分に
基づいて算出しております。※賞与は過去1年間(年度)の評価にて支給されます。
それまでは会社規定による定額での支給となります。

採用にかかわる費用について
採用に掛かる費用は雇用者(横河電機)負担とすることを原則とします。
ただし、以下費用につきましては下記とさせていただきます。
・面接にかかわるすべての交通費は応募者負担とする。
・入社における引っ越し代、交通費、その他生活準備にかかわるすべての費用は応募者負担とする(国内、海外とも)。
・外国籍の方の就労VISAにかかわる手続きのサポート費用については横河電機負担とする。
勤務地/Location
本社(東京都武蔵野市、自宅等テレワーク含む)。遠隔地勤務不可、将来的に就業場所の変更の可能性:あり(会社が定める部署、グループ会社含む)
