【新会社立ち上げメンバー募集】

業績好調を背景に、

このたび当社ではコールセンター派遣に特化した専門派遣会社を

新たに立ち上げることとなりました。

「新会社の立ち上げ」と聞くと、

・クライアントがいない

・売上基盤が不安定

・最初はとにかく大変そう

そんなイメージを持たれる方も多いかもしれません。

しかし、当社の新会社はゼロからのスタートではありません。

すでに既存事業を通じてノウハウと既存顧客もあるので始めやすい環境です。

そのため、

「営業しやすい」「成果を出しやすい」「業務を覚えやすい」

環境が最初から整っています。

今回は、

新会社の立ち上げを一緒に担っていただく営業社員を募集します。

コールセンター派遣の経験者はもちろん、

人材業界や派遣業界が未経験の方も、

無理なくスタートできる環境をご用意しています。

「立ち上げのやりがい」と

「既存クライアントがある安心感」

その両方を感じながら働けるポジションです。

月給35万円~50万円スタート

休日対応なし

新会社立ち上げ

【業務内容】

当社は営業が一括で管理する「一括管理型」を

採用しており、コーディネーターを置いていません。

業務は多岐に渡りますが、全体像がはっきりと見える中での

業務の為、裁量をもって働く事ができます。

・コールセンターへの人材紹介・派遣業務

・クライアント企業との折衝・関係構築

・担当企業のクライアント拡張業務

・新規営業業務

・派遣社員の登録面談

・スタッフフォロー

・契約書作成

・各種事務処理業務 など

※未経験の方でも、段階的に業務をお任せします。

総労働時間:1ヶ月あたり160時間

9:00〜18:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

※ほとんどの営業が定時退社です。

基本給:月給 30万円 〜 45万円
