- _SalesForce上でのOpportunity作成・更新
- _プロフェッショナルサービス部門Project / Sales活動に必要な各種情報入力・整理
- プロフェッショナルサービス部門 メンバーやプロジェクトマネージャとの情報連携およびステータス管理
- プロジェクトメンバーからの進捗・課題・リスク情報の収集と整理
- プロジェクト管理表の更新(リソース管理、アサイン変更含む)
- ダッシュボード・レポート作成のためのデータ入力・基礎集計(工数、完了率など)
- ChangePoint への定型データ入力、プロジェクトマネージャからの指示による管理オペレーション実施
- 経費精算、請求書処理、支払関連情報の整理・トラッキング
- 工数実績(タイムシート)データの収集・集計・一次確認
- ベンダー契約・発注に関する事務手続きのサポート
- 新規参画メンバーのオンボーディング支援(アカウント依頼、資料提供等)
- プロジェクトで必要なツール、ライセンス、備品手配
- 関係者間の情報連携のハブとしての役割
- 各種会議体の運営支援(スケジュール調整、議事録、アジェンダ作成)
- Ent. PS プロセス標準化の推進サポート
- 業務ルールの整備、マニュアル作成、テンプレート改善
- PMOマネージャー/PSリーダーからの依頼によるプロセス改善タスクの遂行
- プロセスに関する調査および必要な説明資料の作成
- プロジェクト計画書、報告書、ステータスレポートの作成支援
- プロジェクト関連文書の整理・保管・版管理
- SharePoint / OpenText Core Share/ Teams の文書ライブラリ運用サポート
- ドキュメントテンプレートの改善・整備・更新および周知
必須スキル
- プロジェクト管理またはPMOサポート業務の経験
- 進捗・課題・リスク管理の基本的知識
- PowerPoint・Excel(マクロ含む)・Word による資料作成スキル
- 業務プロセス理解・プロセスフロー作成スキル
- 関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる能力
- マルチタスクを整理し、期限内に正確に遂行できる能力
- 英語メールでの基本的なコミュニケーションが可能
