We are seeking a talented individual to join our Marine Hull team at Marsh. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
- Marine Hull and P&I プラクティスチームは、大手の海運企業を対象として、P&I保険(船主責任保険)やH&M保険(船舶保険)等の仲介ならびにコンサルティングを提供しています。
- 国内の大手損保に加え、ロンドンやシンガポールの保険マーケットからキャパシティを集めることで、競争力の高い保険プログラムを組成しています。
- また、コンサルティング業務については、取引先の各保険プログラムの検証や分析などを実施し、より効果的な保険購買のアドバイスを行います。
- 業務の遂行にあたっては、社内外の専門家と緊密に連携し、グローバルなソリューションを提供することで、取引先である海運企業のニーズに応えています。
We will count on you to / 主な業務内容:
- 保険契約の満期案内(主にメール)
- 申込書類・請求書作成
- 発行された証券の内容確認、発送
- 既存契約のメンテナンス(変更手続き等)
- 保険契約に付随するお客様からの問い合わせの対応業務
- 営業社員/保険会社との連携 (メール/電話)
- 海外マーシュオフィスとのでの連携 (メール)
What you need to have / 必須経験・スキル:
- 損害保険の営業事務経験
- 高いコミュニケーションスキル(日本語・英語両方)
- クライアントと良好な関係を構築することのできる営業経験
- 向上心が高く、自ら課題を見つけ対策を考えられる方
