MetroResidencesは、シンガポール発の不動産テック企業として、東京を中心に500室以上のサービスアパートメント(家具付きの中長期滞在向け物件)および賃貸物件の運営を行っています。

当社が提供するオンライン賃貸プラットフォームでは、物件検索から契約、支払いまですべてをオンラインで完結。日本の不動産取引における煩雑さを解消し、利便性と透明性を重視したデジタル体験を実現してきました。

現在では、95%以上の契約がオンラインで完了しており、Googleレビューでは300件以上、平均評価4.5と高い評価を獲得しています。

また、東京2020オリンピックにおいては、組織委員会と契約を締結し、関係者約500名・延べ2万泊分の宿泊手配を担当。

こうした大規模かつ高い信頼性が求められる実績を背景に、今後数年間で事業規模の倍増を見据え、さらなる成長フェーズに入っています

日本オフィスは約20名の少数精鋭チームで運営されており、アジア市場における事業成長の中核拠点として重要な役割を担っています。

職務について

本ポジションでは、法人顧客を中心とした主要クライアントとの関係構築を担いながら、宿泊予約および売上向上に向けた営業戦略の立案・実行をリードしていただきます。単なる営業活動にとどまらず、稼働率や収益性を高めるための施策を主体的に推進し、事業成長に直接インパクトを与える役割です。

また、小規模チームのマネジメントも担っていただくため、現場と戦略の両面に関わりながら、東京オフィスの営業機能を牽引していただくことを期待しています。裁量を持ってビジネスを動かしたい方、成長フェーズの組織でリーダーシップを発揮したい方にとって、挑戦しがいのあるポジションです。
