Responsibilities
生産性の高いパートナー(PV設置業者、電力小売業者、電力会社など)の開発と維持
会社全体の戦略と目標に沿い、対象市場に焦点を当てたアクションプランを策定し、短期、中期、長期の持続可能なパイプラインを開発する
四半期ごとの目標販売数に対して強力なコミットメントをもって、アクションプランを自ら考え抜き、能動的に動くことで目標を達成する。
目標を実現するために必要なパートナーを特定し、強固な関係構築を行う
社内ステークホルダーと協力し、日本全国のテスラPowerwallの認定販売施工会社と長期的な関係を築き、成長させ、維持する。
認定販売施工会社のニーズを的確にとらえ、迅速にチームに共有し、多角的に分析することで、効果的な提案につなげる。そのために必要なドキュメンテーションやプレゼンテーション、ステークホルダーとの折衝を行う。
過去の実績や慣習に捉われない、問題提起や新規提案に対して、建設的かつ積極的に取り組む。
製品設計と提供内容に関する市場適合性と適用性について技術チームにフィードバックをする。
ビジネスチームならびに製造チームに対して精度の高い販売予測を提供する。
主要な市場に関するインサイトを幅広くビジネスチームに提供する。
マーケティングやセールスの販売ツールの作成に積極的に意見を提供する。
必要に応じて、経営陣への報告を行う
蓄電池および市場に関する強い知識が求められる多面的な仕事です。

Requirements
ネイティブレベルの日本語力・読み書きできるレベルの英語力
5年以上の実務経験
優れたコミュニケーション能力と資料作成能力
バッテリーシステム、再生可能エネルギー、電力市場に関する実務的な知識
社内外との高いコラボレーション能力
BtoB環境での突出した経験
多くのタスクを並行して実行する能力
電力の利用・消費・供給のあり方を変えることへの深い情熱
