日本を拠点とするプロジェクトエンジニアは、Tesla製品(Megapack)を納品する国内のプロジェクトを担当し、国内最大級の系統用蓄電池プロジェクトに携わることができます。また、世界中のワールドクラスのエンジニアやビジネスチームとの重要なつなぎ役となるため、幅広いエンジニアリングの問題に取り組む能力が求められ、自ら業務を遂行するための知識と経験が不可欠です。このポジションでは、電気(低圧、高圧、特別高圧)、電力、機械、土木、通信の各分野におけるエンジニアリングの基礎知識が強く求められ、世界のエネルギー転換に寄与するプロジェクトの成功に直接貢献することができます。
Position Description (職務内容)
プロジェクトエンジニアの役割は多岐にわたりますが、主に大規模な蓄電池システム(BESS)のプロジェクト
の納品と試運転に重点を置いています。このポジションでは、新規プロジェクトの仕様策定・契約締結、プロ
ジェクトの設計・承認段階、システムの据付・試運転に至るまで、ビジネスチームを技術的にサポートする仕
事です。
Responsibilities (責任範囲)
プロジェクトの据付と試運転を、現場または遠隔から管理する。必要に応じて、プロジェクトの実行を支える技術的またはプロセス的な文書を作成する。
テスラのバッテリーシステムの最適な技術適合を実現するために外部関係者と協力し、国内市場や法令・規制の要件を理解・定義し、システムの運用上の技術的フィードバックを提供する、また、この情報を社内のチームに広める。
テスラ社内および顧客との技術的な窓口となり、テスラの技術がどのように様々な用途に展開できるかを明確にする。また、仕様と販売プロセスをサポートする。
バッテリーシステムの新規プロジェクトの設計をレビューし、案件に求められる要件に適用する統合の提案をする(電気、機械、規制、制御システムなど)。
プロジェクトの安全で効果的な実施を促進するために必要な設計をして、技術文書を作成する。必要に応じて、新規プロジェクトの承認・許認可プロセスをサポートする。
Requirements (応募条件)
【必須(MUST)】
エンジニアリング/技術職での3年以上の経験をお持ちの方。
日本語が堪能であり、少なくとも読み書き可能なレベルの基礎英語力を有していること。
バッテリーシステム、電力変換、電力系統の知識をお持ちの方。
系統連系規定や電気事業法などの関連法令に関する知識をお持ちの方。
システム設計、開発、試験、試運転などの実務経験が豊富であること。
潜在的な問題を特定し、各エンジニアリング部門、セールス部門、サービス部門などのチームとクロスファンクショナルに協力し合い、スピーディーに解決する能力をお持ちの方。
ダイナミックで変化の激しい環境での業務に慣れ、経験があること。
複数のタスクを優先順位付けし、並行してこなせる、タイムマネジメント能力を持つこと。
自発性が高く、強いチームプレーヤーであること。
ポジティブ思考を備え、学ぶ意欲があり、情熱的で謙虚であること。
Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Adobeを扱える。
【歓迎(WANT)】
産業用または大規模発電所に関連する業務経験を有すること。再生可能エネルギー発電所や蓄電所の経験は尚可。
ビジネスレベルの英語力は尚可。
SCADAの経験は尚可。
プロジェクト管理および/またはEPCの経験は尚可。
電気CADスキルは尚可
