【仕事内容について】
主に店舗での販売業務を
お願いいたします。
・お客様への接客対応
・レジ業務
・店舗の開け、締め作業
・在庫管理
など。
私たちの販売スタイルは
「アドバイザー接客」。
来店されたお客様に対して、
スタッフがつきながら
お客様対応を行います。
例えば…
「こんな料理が作りたいけど適する鍋はないか」
- 浅型のアルミパンがおすすめです
「調理器具で料理の品質は変わりますか?」
- 熱伝導が異なるので調理法に応じた器具の使い分けが重要です
など調理に関する質問から、
自社製品の魅力をお客様に発信していってくださいね。

まずは販売スタッフとして

店舗スタッフとしてそのまま

中尾アルミの製品をもっと色々なプロに

また、働き方についても、
残業がほとんどないことが特徴です。
お店を閉める作業があるため、
営業時間までは勤務が必要ですが、
お店の閉め作業も5~10分ほどで、
ほとんど時間を要さず退勤が可能です

*残業がほとんどないことが特徴です。
18時に店舗を閉めますが、
残務などを含めて日で5分〜10分程度の残業です。

基本給:月給 24万円 〜
固定残業代:あり
1ヶ月あたり1万6000円 〜(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)
固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
