Responsibilities:

・職務内容
外資系IT専門商社において、セールスマーケティングの管理職業務をお任せします。
従来のイメージのマーケティングではなく、より営業組織に近い組織構築の為、現在営業職の方が活躍できるポジションです。
主に日本のマーケティング戦略実行を担い、マーケティング活動により得たリードを最大限活用し、営業との密接な機能的パートナーシップを築き、組織内でのマーケティング活動推進のサポートを得る。
ブランディング活動を通し、持続可能なビジネスニーズを獲得に貢献する為に、ブランディング戦略を構築/実行する。

【具体的な職務内容】
管理職として自チームのピープルマネジメントを行い、チームメンバーが持っている能力を発揮できるよう、環境整備・オペレーションフローを構築する。
・目標とするビジネス目標とROIを達成するために、キャンペーンの継続的なPDCAと改善活動を続ける。
・すべてのマーケティング活動において、自身の手を動かしながらチームの実行体制を確保・維持する。
・事業目標達成のため、グローバル企業戦略と各国のマーケティング活動との整合性を意識する。
・戦略方針を基に、マーケティング活動の実行と、得た結果に対するパフォーマンスを定量化し分析する。
・主な社外のステークホルダーである、ベンダー、パートナーと強固な信頼関係を築き、コラボレーションの機会を探る。
・取り扱い製品や販売チャネルなどを把握し、営業部門のビジネスドライバーを理解し、協業活動を積極的に計画・実行する。
・ビジネス部門とマーケティングチームの橋渡しとなり、マーケティング活動がビジネス目標に合致していることを確認する。

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

・商社(ディストリビューター)もしくはパートナー(販売代理店)での5年以上の営業経験
・オペレーションフローの構築、改善の経験。
・戦略的なビジネスプランニングの計画、実行経験。
・自チームの予算管理もしくはマーケティング業務管理の経験。
