The RoleAs the FP&A Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the financial performance of the Japan business.
You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while partnering closely with cross‑functional teams, including Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and Global Finance teams.
This role requires strong analytical capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate insights clearly in both Japanese and English.
You will support leadership decision‑making by delivering high‑quality financial insights, identifying risks and opportunities, and helping shape business strategy in one of the organization's most competitive consumer markets.
Your Skills & ExperienceFluent‑level Japanese and strong business English communication skills.
Solid FP&A experience with strong command of budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.
Background in consumer goods, retail, FMCG, or related industries preferred.
Proven ability to operate effectively in an international, matrix‑driven environment.
Strong business partnering skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
High level of analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Self‑starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong work ethic.
