1. 職種概要


私たちは「オンチェーン金融時代のインフラ」を提供することを目指し、AIネイティブでプログラマブルな決済・資金管理基盤の社会実装に挑戦しています。分散・相互証明の技術で、既存金融の非合理を解消し、摩擦の少ない生産的な世界を実現します。

現在は、ブロックチェーン技術を活用した「トークン化預金」関連領域や、ステーブルコインと連動したユースケースを対象に、制度・技術・運用の三面から実証と実装を進めています。Finternet/統一台帳(Unified Ledger)といった国際的潮流を踏まえ、現実世界の業務とオンチェーンを接続する基盤を構築しています。

当プロジェクトでは、国内初の取り組みとなる先端技術を活用した金融領域での新規事業創出を目指しています。グローバルな動向やイノベーションの潮流を捉えつつ、社会的インパクトの大きい事業を構想・実行していきます。

事業を成功に導く為に、社内外のステークホルダーと連携をしながら、社会をより良く変え得る金融インフラを提供する為に、次の一歩を共に描き推進する仲間を探しています。

その中で、当ポジションには以下業務を担っていただきます。

3. 主な業務内容


統合リスク管理マネジメント

  • 全社的リスク管理(ERM)体制の構築・推進
  • 信用リスク・市場リスク・流動性リスク・オペレーショナルリスクなどの主要リスクの評価・モニタリング
  • 規制対応(バーゼル規制、FRTB、金融庁監督指針 等)の統括
  • 部門横断のモニタリング
  • 事業部門と連携したリスク低減施策の推進
  • 全社のリスク文化醸成・研修企画
  • インシデント対応および危機管理体制の整備

リスクの特定・集計・評価

  • リスク管理方針・規程の整備
  • 統計分析
  • VaRの計算
  • 金利リスクシミュレーション
  • リスクアペタイト(リスク許容度)の策定・管理
  • ストレステストおよび各種モデルリスク管理
  • KRI(Key Risk Indicator)の設計・管理

委員会運営・レポーティング

  • リスク委員会などの運営・説明
  • 経営会議・リスク委員会へのレポーティング

  • 想定年収:1,500万円 ~

  • 経験・能力を考慮の上、決定いたします。

  • 給与査定:年1回(評価グレードにより年2回の場合あり)
