この役職では、特にBIM/CIMおよび Common Date Environment(CDE)におけるオートデスク製品および関連分野の深い知識が求められます。

日本の土木ビジネスにフォーカスし、実践的なスキル、革新的な思考、技術的なビジョンを活かしながら、プリセールスの立場でオートデスクの営業チームやチャネルパートナーと協力します。顧客のビジネス目標達成を支援するとともに、信頼されるアドバイザーおよび技術エキスパートとしての地位を確立します。また、顧客が製品を使いこなすための技術的コンテンツ作成、技術セミナー実施、製品の日本仕様化や、国土交通省や業界団体等のBIM/CIM活動を支援し、国内のBIM/CIM普及に貢献します。

本ポジションは建築・土木担当のシニアテクニカルセールスマネージャーの直属となり、ハイブリッド勤務(東京or大阪or名古屋オフィス/自宅)が可能です。

応募資格

[テクノロジースキル]

• テクノロジーに興味があり、入社後3か月以内にオートデスクソリューション(主にCivil 3D/RevitやAutodesk Construction Cloud)の基本的なデモンストレーションを実施できる自信がある方(社内の専門家のサポートを活用可能)。その後、土木関連ソリューション全般への習熟を目指せる方。
• オートデスク製品または類似ソリューションの使用経験がある方歓迎。
• BIM、IFC、クラウドプラットフォーム、データベース、AIの知識を有する方、もしくはこれらに強い興味を持つ方。

[ドメイン知識]

• 土木業界(設計、照査、施工管理など)で目安として3年以上の実務経験があり、業界の課題を理解している方。

[変革者マインド]

• オートデスクのテクノロジーを活用し、土木業界の変革を推進する意欲がある方。
• 自ら考え行動し、現状を打破する変化を実現した経験がある方。また、試行錯誤しながら改善を続けられる方。
• 営業マインドを有する方(営業経験や営業補助経験があれば尚良し)。

[その他スキル]

• 英語は読み書きができれば可(話せる方は尚良し)。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力とリーダーシップスキルを持つ方。
• 顧客向けプレゼンテーションやセミナーの実施に意欲的な方。

Position Overview
We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for technology and the ability to translate customers' business goals into technical solutions and workflows.

This role requires deep knowledge of Autodesk products and related fields, particularly in BIM/CIM and Common Data Environment (CDE).

Responsibilities

• Focusing on the Japanese civil engineering business, you will collaborate with Autodesk's sales team and channel partners in a pre-sales capacity. You will leverage your practical skills, innovative thinking, and technical vision to help customers achieve their business goals while establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and technical expert
• Responsibilities also include creating technical content to help customers fully utilize our products, conducting technical seminars, adapting products for the Japanese market You will support BIM/CIM initiatives led by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) and industry groups—contributing to the promotion of BIM/CIM throughout Japan
• This position reports directly to the Senior Technical Sales Manager for Architecture and Civil Engineering and supports hybrid work arrangements (from the Tokyo, Osaka, or Nagoya office and/or home)

Minimum Qualifications

• Passion for technology and confidence in being able to conduct basic demonstrations of Autodesk solutions (primarily Civil 3D, Revit, and Autodesk Construction Cloud) within three months of joining, using internal expert support if needed. Willingness to further develop proficiency in civil-related solutions
• Experience using Autodesk products or similar solutions is a plus
• Knowledge of or strong interest in BIM, IFC, cloud platforms, databases, or AI

Preferred Qualifications

• Approximately 3+ years of practical experience in the civil engineering industry (design, verification, construction management, etc.), with a clear understanding of industry challenges
• Strong motivation to drive transformation in the civil engineering industry using Autodesk technology.
• Experience in initiating and implementing change by thinking and acting independently, and the ability to continuously improve through trial and error.
• Sales mindset (sales or sales support experience is a plus).
• Reading and writing ability in English (speaking is a plus).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Eagerness to deliver customer presentations and seminars.
