We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on
Infrastructure Engineer / Full-Stack Developer
to support our B2B MNO systems. In this role, you will work across the full development lifecycle—from requirement gathering and system design to testing, release, and continuous improvement. You will take end-to-end ownership of product quality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to both system stability and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop software solutions across the full lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, release, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver features quickly and with high quality.
- Own the product by performing monitoring, troubleshooting, debugging, and proactive maintenance.
- Drive system improvements through refactoring, architecture optimization, and adoption of new technologies.
- Mentor team members to enhance technical capabilities and product knowledge.
- Create and maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
- Improve UI/UX in collaboration with product and design teams.
- Maintain code quality through guidelines and code reviews.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies:
JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS
. - Backend development experience with frameworks such as
, Spring Boot, Ruby on Rails
. - Knowledge of infrastructure scripting languages:
Python, Shell, Bash
. - Experience with databases (MySQL, MongoDB or similar).
- Experience with container technologies:
Docker, Kubernetes
. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms:
GCP, Azure, or AWS
. - Excellent problem-solving skills.
