Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain network and server operations, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Design and construct IT infrastructure solutions tailored to project requirements.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in training sessions and continual learning to stay current with industry trends and technologies.
  • Work closely with Career Design Advisors to define career development pathways and skill enhancement opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or IT major.
  • Minimum of 2 years and up to 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure development.
  • Strong knowledge of network and server operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in system maintenance and support.
  • Proficient in design and construction of IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Japanese language proficiency : N2 certificate

Desired Experience

  • Experience in managing projects for telecommunications carriers, system integrators, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in both team-oriented and self-directed environments.
  • Past experience interacting directly with clients to gather requirements and feedback.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: ¥230,000 - ¥615,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
