Korn Ferryのメンバーとして、RPO Recruiterは、onsite/offsite環境でのClient企業 (Consumer) への候補者のソーシング、スクリーニング、アセスメント、マーケティングなどの優れた採用プロセスの提供を通じ、クライアントとの関係を構築及び拡大します。RPO Recruiterは、クライアントマネジメントにおける顧客重視と対応力だけでなく、候補者とのリレーションシップ構築にも重点を置きます。ATS (Applicant Tracking System)、候補者ソーシングメソッド、採用プロセスの有効性に関するプロフェッショナルとなります。
【役割】
- マルチチャネル戦略の策定と実行を通じ、クライアントのProfileに合った候補者をソーシング。現在及び将来のエンゲージメントに向けた人材プールの構築
- タイムリーかつプロフェッショナルなクライアントマネジメント
- 継続的な改善の機会と戦略の特定、レポート
- クライアントとのミーティングの実施、採用プロセスの最適化
- 合意された採用プロセスに沿った採用の実施
- コンピテンシーに基づいたプレゼンテーション及び最終候補者の特定と差別化
- 候補者とのリレーションシップ構築
- ポジションの機会とクライアントの価値提案を効果的に伝える
- ダイレクトソーシングの推進
【スキルと経験】

- Corporate/Commercial/Digital領域の採用経験をお持ちの方
- 採用プロセス全体を通じた、クライアント(ステークホルダー)マネジメントの経験
- ATSの運用経験
- 複雑な採用状況を管理するための確かなMicrosoft Excelスキル
- マーケットマッピング、採用戦略、ブーリアンサーチなどのソーシング実施の経験
- ダイレクトリクルーティングにおける豊富な経験
- JDの作成からオファーレターの作成、交渉、クロージングに至るまで、採用プロセス全体の豊富な管理経験
- クライアントや組織環境での明確、簡潔、説得力を持ったコミュニケーションスキル、曖昧さにも対処できるスキル
- 高い顧客志向と結果志向
- 多様な文化を越えて効的に交流・交渉するスキル
- フレキシビリティー、マチュリティー、インターパーソナルスキル
- ビジネス上級レベル以上の日本語力、及びビジネス中級レベル以上の英語力(読み書き、コミュニケーション)
