Recruiter – Banking & Financial Services
Location: Tokyo, Japan (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our client, supporting specialist hiring for a leading outsourcing provider partnered with a major Banking and Financial Services client.
About the Role
You will manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver quality talent in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on position requiring someone who can balance volume delivery with a consultative approach to stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Provide regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements and recruitment best practices
What We're Looking For
- Proven recruitment experience, ideally within Banking, Financial Services, or a regulated industry
- Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers
- Experience working in an in-house, RPO, or agency environment supporting corporate functions
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
