Your Role And Responsibilities
You will serve as a trusted partner, co-creating new value with clients and driving both digital and business transformation together.
Leveraging the latest technologies, you will support the team with a strong focus on quality and deadlines, contributing to the success of the project.
You will demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet client requirements and ensure stable operations, particularly for clients in the financial industry, including major domestic banks.

金融業界向けのシステムインテグレーション開発やパッケージ・ソフトウエア開発、システム構築におけるPMやPLとしての経験
システム開発において、要件定義フェーズを含む、システム開発の上流工程を担当した経験
お客様の意思決定に関わる資料作成や、お客様との意思疎通を行うに十分なコミュニケーション能力を有していること
Experience in driving large-scale projects for the financial industry at an IT vendor, SIer, consulting firm, or financial institution.
Experience as a Project Manager (PM) or Project Leader (PL) in system integration development, package software development, or system construction for the financial industry.
Experience in system development, particularly in overseeing upstream processes including the requirements definition phase.Japanese (Fluent, JLPT N1)
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Experience as a Project Manager (PM) in applying project management frameworks such as those defined by PMP.
Development experience utilizing cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP/IBM Cloud) or container technologies.
