About the Company / Role:
A well-established financial services organization is opening a new headcount for an accounting leadership position working on a team of 5 members.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for SPCs, including monthly/quarterly/annual closings in compliance with Japanese GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review financial statements, regulatory filings, tax documentation, and statutory reports
- Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, asset managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Requirements:
- 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to SPCs, real estate funds, structured finance, or corporate accounting in Japan
- Strong knowledge of Japanese GAAP and local regulatory/tax requirements; IFRS familiarity is a plus
- Fluent Japanese and English communication
- Residence and legal right to work in Japan
