【業務概要】
日本の財務/経理業務の全領域をカバーし、正確な帳簿及び在庫管理を行う
企業活動に欠かせないお金の流れを管理し、DX、AI などを使った経営改革や株主、債権者に報告する役割を担う
日次・月次・四半期決算・月次決算タイムラインをつくる
売上コスト、利益、資産、投資の収益性などを分析し、企業財務や資金調達、投資するべき姿を示すことによって、財務会計からトップマネジメントの戦略遂行をサポート
真のビジネスパートナーとして、経営企画部長、日本 CEO、グローバル CFO と直接関与
現状の課題の抽出・改善案の提案、その運用をもって数値化する
全社 P/L 等への数値の読み取り、全社的なサポートをする
当社のさらなるブランド価値を高めるため、日本の財務・経理体制をリードする
【業務内容】
■経理
売掛債権管理、買掛債務管理、在庫管理、固定資産管理、原価管理、経費管理、月次業務管理、単体決算業務、連結決算業務、外部開示業務、中長期計画管理、年度予算管理(予実報告/着地見込試算)、税効果計算業務、税務調査対応、債権債務管理、請求書発行、支払い処理
■財務
現金出納管理、債務管理、貸付金管理、借入金管理、外貨建取引管理、資金管理、資産流動化
予算、会計仕訳作成、月次・年次決算業務、決算業務・監査対応
■棚卸・在庫管理
実地棚卸(棚卸資産、固定資産、在庫評価計算、固定資産管理、棚卸資産管理(在庫移動)、仕入コスト管理)
■税務
税務申告・納付(法人税、消費税、事業税、都民税)、予定申告、納付、住民税、源泉所得税、固定資産税、税務管理(移転価格文書化、移転価格管理)、税制調査対応、国際税務対応(外国源泉税、海外税務関連対応)、税金コストのフォーキャスト作成
■財務・会計システムのコントロールと基準の監督
会計方針・規定の策定
会計方針の策定、経理規定、マニュアルの策定
地元銀行や外部の税理士事務所、地元税理士/公認会計士との関係維持とサポート
財務・会計システムのコントロールと基準を監督する金融機関との窓口対応、経理を中心とした経営管理業務の効率化/仕組化、経営管理領域のサポート
財務会計システムの有効活用による内部統制、財務記録・文書の整備/監督
【応募資格】
必須:
日商簿記 2 級ないし同等レベルの職務経験
IT の知識・スキル:Excel スキル(関数、Pivot、クエリ)
人材管理(育成・評価)
決算までの一人での経理業務経験
人材管理(育成・評価)経験
在庫管理の知識
国際会計の知識
ビジネスレベル以上の英会話力
