【仕事内容】
流通・小売業界を中心としたDXおよびECソリューションの企画・提案・導入支援を行う営業部門にて、チームのマネジメントと事業推進を担っていただきます。
【具体的には】
・営業戦略の立案と実行(既存・新規両面)
・チームマネジメント(目標設定・育成・評価・業務設計)
・クライアントの業務課題ヒアリングとDX構想の立案
・EC・業務システム・インフラ等のソリューション提案
・導入後のコンサルティングと改善提案
・アカウントマネジメント(継続的な関係構築・追加提案)
・新規市場の選定やリード獲得手法の検討
・パートナー企業とのアライアンス活動
・社内外ステークホルダーとの連携によるプロジェクト推進

・SCM領域に関する知識または実務経験(3年以上)
・流通・小売業における業務フロー改善の経験(3年以上)

【給与】
年収960~1500万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
