We are seeking an experienced risk analyst who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can build credibility with internal members of the Investment Analytics Risk team and clients. The successful candidate will understand client requirements and implement risk solutions that deliver scalable and consistent results on truView proprietary risk platform. They will have experience with successfully supporting clients in APAC and intuitively appreciate the local market. The role is part of State Street's Investment Analytics, which provides data and analytics solutions to asset owners and asset managers, as well as banks and insurance companies. The team helps clients manage investment risks and report to regulators. As Risk Analytics Client Service, you will provide support and address client inquiries, develop solutions that enhance risk product and lead to operational efficiencies, and maintain oversight and provide expertise to a remote operations team. You will also reconcile risk analytics vs accounting and independent data, participate in the software development life cycle, and influence regional product roadmap. The role requires strong analytical knowledge on various product types, including Derivatives, Fixed Income & OTC, and a strong understanding of risk techniques and valuation methods. You will also have an interest in ESG and how Asset Managers are embedding this risk monitoring in their investment process. A degree in Finance/Economics or related field is required, and FRM or CFA qualification is an advantage. You will have strong experience in Financial Risk Services/Investments, a strong understanding of financial markets and risk management techniques, and strong analytical ability and problem solving skills. You will also be highly motivated, multi-task capable, and willing to learn and develop within the role. You will have proven work experience with SQL query and Excel, and knowledge of Bloomberg, Python, and Spring expression language is valued.
