About the Role:
The Compliance Specialist is responsible for safeguarding the company's legal and regulatory interests by monitoring and reviewing online and related compliance matters within a specific market or regional area. This includes investigating, analyzing, and processing reports or findings of all assigned market-specific contract violations that may require disciplinary action by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review online and related compliance matters, including distributor social media pages and websites as well as company websites and materials.
- Assist in the company's product diversion efforts by investigating online sellers.
- Monitor and suspend fraudulent orders by Accertify, and respond to related inquiries.
- Conduct outbound calls in areas with compliance issues to prevent problems in advance and improve reliability.
- Serve as a compliance resource to other employees throughout the company by providing training, education, and consultation regarding compliance issues.
- Review and approve company and distributor materials associated with events and other marketing assets, as needed.
- Perform any other responsibilities or projects assigned by Manager or Vice President of Global Compliance.
- Document cases and prepare reports for management, as needed.
- Update management on current issues and/or concerns.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' industry experience in the area of Distributor Compliance.
- Education and/or experience with a technical emphasis preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, and judgmental skills.
- General understanding of NSE and local markets' Policies and Procedures, Sales Compensation Plan, and all other programs and regulations, which affect distributors locally and internationally.
- English skills (reading and writing).
- Japan Direct Selling Association examination pass is required.
- Ability to maintain confidences.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
