About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead our team in Japan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage sales and marketing teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of results.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Represent the company at external events and meetings.
Requirements:
- 15 years plus of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
- Strong presentation and written communication skills.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree level in Business/Marketing and/or Science.
