Global Banking Advisory Compliance
Compliance permanent contract in Tokyo, Japan. Key responsibilities include providing effective compliance advice, managing regulatory and governance matters, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Duties:
- Provide compliance advice to business, management, and other departments.
- Manage regulatory and governance related matters.
- Coordinate with departments to respond to regulator requests.
- Support management with governance issues.
- Oversee inspections and examinations for SG group.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate and escalate issues to Head of Japan Compliance.
- Network with peer firms and represent SG in industry discussions.
