業務内容
当社の長年にわたるグローバルクライアント担当チームのメンバーとして、多様な市場におけるロイヤルティプログラムの開拓・管理に携わっていただきます。社内チームと連携し、リサーチからクライアント及びパートナーとの関係構築などをご担当いただきます。


主な職務内容:
クライアントの課題解決ソリューションとなるオンライン市場調査(主に消費者のニーズ、トレンド、文化的インサイトなど)
クライアントのロイヤルティプログラムにおけるグローバルな加盟店/パートナーの開拓、長期的な関係構築、およびプログラム期間を通じた管理と維持

応募資格


言語:
日本語(ネイティブまたは流暢)、英語(ビジネスレベル以上)。韓国語や中国語など、他の言語スキルがあれば尚可。

経験: 5年以上のアカウントマネジメント、事業開発、営業、広告、マーケティングなど、クライアント対応業務における実務経験。

海外での居住・就労経験など、国際的なご経験。


スキル:
日本語と英語の両方における、卓越したコミュニケーション及び関係構築能力
クライアントの課題を深く理解し、迅速かつ効果的なソリューションを提供できる問題解決能力
複数プロジェクトをリードし、ビジネスデベロップメントの業務を確立・推進するリーダーシップとプロジェクト管理能力
優れた時間管理能力
オンラインリサーチのスキル
Excel、PowerPoint、Google Meetなどのツールを使いこなせること。


学歴:
学士号以上

RCS is a boutique cross-cultural marketing agency based in Tokyo. We're a small, dynamic team of multilingual professionals, cultural analysts, and global explorers. Our mission? Helping clients navigate cultural complexity, connect with diverse markets, and create impactful programs that resonate across borders.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in one of our long-standing global clients, helping to shape and manage brand and loyalty programs across a wide range of markets.

Working closely with our in-house team, your work will span the full process from research to relationship-building and more.


Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and reaching out to potential brand and business partners in various sectors, including retail, dining, hospitality, entertainment, and B2B services
Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with partners, both online and in person
Acting as the key point of contact for partners throughout the lifecycle of the program

Key Qualifications
Fluent or native-level Japanese and business-level English (additional languages like Korean or Chinese are a plus)
At least 5 years of professional experience in client-facing roles such as account management, business development, sales, advertising or marketing
An international background or significant experience living/working abroad
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills in both Japanese and English
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Skilled in online research and comfortable using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
Bachelor's degree or higher
