仕事内容:

内装工事1式の施工管理のスタッフとして共に業務します。

*現場:都心部のオフィスや店舗 ※大手企業様のオフィスを多く手掛けています。

*エリア:都内近郊 (※長期出張等はありません)

*現場によって直行直帰OK

*基本的に枠組みはできているので、設計士やデザイナーが描いた図面をもとにオフィスや店舗をカタチにするお仕事です。

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥240,000 〜 ¥611,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥24,000〜¥111,000(15時間相当分)を含む。15時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

未経験者 月給21.6万円~ (+固定残業代)

経験者 月給24.5万円~50万円 (+固定残業代)

※経験・能力を考慮の上、給与を決定します

・昇給年1回(ひと月あたり0.5万円~2万円)※業績による

・賞与年2回(過去実績:計最大200万円)※業績による
