• Lead production engineering-related activities.

• Engage other teams and contribute to achieving the goals of related teams and groups.

• Mentor and develop junior team members.

• Formulate and execute short-term and long-term production roadmaps and plans.

• Contribute to the development of mid- to long-term strategies for ASJP, focusing on your area of responsibility.

• Define optimal production processes for satellite mass production.
• Identify current issues through analysis and develop execution plans to resolve them.

• Utilize production engineering expertise from spacecraft, aircraft, automotive, and similar industries to plan and execute solutions.

• Achieve simultaneous production of multiple satellites.

• Collaborate with procurement and production control to build production systems.

• Plan, launch, and stabilize production lines in cooperation with supervisors and team members.

• Improve product drawings through simultaneous engineering.

• Provide better proposals from both design and manufacturing perspectives, focusing on QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery).

• Establish and execute processes related to AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing) for satellites.

• Develop AIT plans (including daily schedules in coordination with design teams and schedule adjustments for delays in parts or information delivery). Create AIT work instructions (including coordination with design teams and M-BOM development) and lead continuous improvement (PDCA) after implementation.

• Identify and resolve technical issues on-site, act as a bridge between the shop floor and design teams, and lead on-site operations including environment setup.

• Introduce and maintain GSE (Ground Support Equipment), including specification review, procurement, and implementation for jigs and equipment (e.g., propulsion system jigs, transport containers, turnover carts).

• Develop jigs required for spacecraft and component manufacturing.

• Practical experience as a leader or member of a small- to mid-sized engineering team.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in production engineering within the space, aerospace, automotive, or similar industries.
• Experience in manufacturing-related tasks such as process design, jig design, and quality control.
• Ability to read technical drawings and create specifications for jigs and similar tools.
• Native-level Japanese or JLPT N1 equivalent proficiency.
• Proficiency in using M365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, MS Project) for schedule management and report creation.
• Knowledge of debris removal, EOL (End-of-Life), and on-orbit servicing. Understanding of systems related to spacecraft, aircraft, or automobiles. Experience in planning and launching production processes.
• Experience in developing production engineering for assembly processes primarily involving manual work.
• Experience in system testing for one-off or low-volume production products.
• Experience in simultaneous (concurrent) engineering with design teams as part of a production engineering department.
• Ability to think logically and break down complex issues into hierarchical structures using structured thinking.
• Experience working in teams composed of individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• A mindset that embraces challenges and enjoys working in a developing organization.
• Comfort with communication in English.

<職務内容/役割・責任>

• 生産技術関連業務のリード

• 他チームも巻き込み、関係チームやグループの目標達成に貢献する。

• 後進の育成を行う。

• 短期・長期の生産ロードマップ・計画の策定と実行

• 担当領域を中心としたASJPの中長期戦略の策定に貢献する。

• 衛星量産のありたき生産工程を描く。
• 現状把握から課題抽出を行い、課題の解消に向けた実行プランの検討までを行う。
• 宇宙機や、航空機、自動車等その他類似製品の生産技術知見を活かし、実行プランを立案・実行する。

• 衛星の複数機同時生産の実現

• 調達や生産管理と協力しながら、生産システムの構築に貢献する。

• 生産ラインの企画、立ち上げ、安定運用までを上長やメンバーと行う。

• サイマルテニアスエンジニアリングによる製品図面の改善

• 設計、製造の両観点を持ってQCDでより良い提案を行う。

• AIT(衛星組立・統合・試験)関連のプロセス構築と実行

• AIT計画の策定を行う。(設計部門と連携した日割り日程の策定、部品や情報の納入遅延に伴うスケジュール調整)

• AIT手順書の構築(設計部門との調整、M-BOM構築含む)と、運用開始後の継続的な改善(PDCA)をリードする。
• 現場の技術的課題の抽出と解決、現場と設計部門との橋渡し、環境整備を含む現場の陣頭指揮を行う。

• GSE(地上支援装置。治具、設備)の導入と維持管理を行う。(推進系治具、輸送コンテナ、横転台車等の仕様検討、手配、導入リード)

• 宇宙機やコンポーネント製造に必要な治具の開発

• 小中規模のエンジニアリングチームでのリーダーもしくはメンバーとしての実務経験

• 宇宙産業、航空産業、あるいは自動車等の類似産業において、5年程度の生産技術関連業務経験
• 工程設計、治具設計、品質管理等のモノづくり業務の経験
• 図面の読解力、治具等の仕様書作成能力
• 日本語を母国語とする、あるいはJLPT N1相当の日本語能力

• M365(Excel, word, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint, MS project等)を使用したスケジュール管理や報告書作成能力

• デブリ除去、EOL (End-of-Life)、軌道上サービスに関する知識

• 宇宙機、航空機、自動車等のシステムに関する知識
• 自ら生産工程の企画に携わり、立ち上げまで行った経験
• 手作業が主な組立に関係する生産工程での生産技術開発の経験
• 一品生産または少量生産製品のシステム試験の経験
• 生産技術部門として、設計部門とのサイマルテニアス(コンカレント)エンジニアリングの経験
• 構造化思考等で、物事を階層構造に分解してロジカルに考えられる能力
• 多様な文化的背景を持つ人々で構成されるチームでの業務経験
