【職務概要】

ポピンズグループが運営する「ポピンズ ナニーサービス」「ポピンズシッター」「ポピンズ VIPケア」「ポピンズペットケア」など各サービスの更なる品質向上を実現すべく、ご利用頂くお客様に対し、サービス利用後の感想、相談、要望をお聞きし改善提案・施策の検討や、理想のサービス設計を目指して頂きます。

【職務詳細】

・お客様のご意見ヒアリング・課題調査・報告(訪問・電話・メールを含むトラブル案件対応)

・サービス品質向上施策の検討

・サービスご利用方法のサポート

・ヒアリング・提案に必要な情報把握(法務、自治体等の関係者との打ち合わせ)

・カスタマーサポート担当の業務補助

・社内外コミュニケーション(法務、自治体関係者との打ち合わせなど)

・自治体への報告、監査対応

※株式会社ポピンズに在籍頂き、株式会社ポピンズシッターを兼務していただきます。

複数サービスのカスタマーサクセスのスペシャリストとしてご活躍いただく予定です。

【業務内容変更の範囲】

【求める人材】

【必須】

・幼稚園・保育所・ベビーシッター業界における10年以上の経験

・保護者様対応(クレーム対応含む)が豊富な方、トラブル対応が豊富な方

・コールセンター・コンタクトセンターでのお問い合わせ対応経験のある方

【尚可】

・幼稚園や保育所の施設長や主任の経験

・子育てや介護と仕事の両立や子育てや介護環境の改善に、意欲をもって取り組んでいただける方

・秘書やホテル、ウェディング、航空会社、育児サービスまたは育児用品、教育サービス、介護サービス等での接客経験のある方

・電話や訪問での接客経験がある方

【給与】

年収:600万~700万程度

月給制:月額450000円

給与:■経験、スキル、年齢を考慮の上、同社規定により優遇

賞与:有

昇給:年1回

東京メトロ日比谷線「広尾」駅より徒歩2分

勤務地変更の範囲:勤務地からの変更はなし
