仕事内容


お客様相談室の一次応対専任者として、お客様や販売店からの電話応対をお任せします。

<具体的な業務フロー>

・商品の取扱店案内、故障・不具合に関する原因のヒアリング、修理受付など

・ 交換品の発送手続き、およびお詫び状(テンプレート使用)の作成

・ 応対内容の履歴入力、備品整理などの課内業務

・ 習得状況に応じ、お客様向けメールや報告書の作成(簡易的な内容)

<業務のポイント>

・1日あたりの応対件数は1人20件程度です。

・お客様のお悩みやご要望に一つずつ丁寧にお応えしていくスタイルです 。

ときには難しい案件や厳しいご指摘をいただくこともありますが、じっくりと耳を傾け、

お気持ちに寄り添った対応を大切にしています 。

9:00~17:30(実働7.5時間/休憩60分)

※残業は月5~10時間程度と少なめです

完全週休2日制(土日祝休み)

給与詳細


基本給:時給 1800円 〜

時給1,800円

月収例:270,000円 (時給1,800円×7.5時間×20日勤務の場合)

※交通費別途支給
