  • 魚の捌き~鮨の握りまで
  • 接客・調理業務全般
  • スタッフ・原価・食材の管理 など

鮨の握りはもちろん、接客や管理業務もお任せしていきます。

これまで磨いてきたスキルを活かしたご活躍を期待しています

完全予約制で、確かな技術で握る鮨と柔軟な会話がウリのお店です。
