20代のキャリアに特化した転職・就職支援サービスで、キャリアアドバイザーとしてご活躍いただきます。
新卒・第二新卒から社会人経験者まで、人生の転機となる就職・転職を一人ひとりに寄り添いながらサポートします。
企業の採用課題や人材ニーズを丁寧にヒアリングし、最適なソリューションを提案。求職者と企業、双方の理想のマッチングを実現しています。
<具体的な業務>
・求職者への丁寧なカウンセリング(面談は1日3名程、1時間ずつじっくり向き合います)
・履歴書・職務経歴書のブラッシュアップやアドバイス
・ご希望・ご経験にマッチした求人情報のご紹介
・志望企業への応募サポート、効果的な面接対策
・内定獲得までのきめ細やかなフォローアップ 等
