A world's leading Insurance service provider, is looking for a bilingual IT Delivery Lead (Development PM) with in the Solution Delivery Department.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the daytoday owner of assigned IT product development projects, coordinating all activities and communications.
- Lead requirements gathering workshops, document business and technical requirements, and secure stakeholder approval.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, detailed project plans, budgets, and risk/regression registers.
- Facilitate cross functional collaboration among development, infrastructure, security, QA, and operations teams.
- Drive process improvements and adopt best practices (e.g., DevOps, CI/CD, Agile).
- Support procurement processes, including RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiations.
- Oversee technical integration efforts with third party systems and internal platforms.
- Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture, information security, and compliance standards.
- Manage change control, issue resolution, and escalations in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and govern User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and sign off.
- Mentor and provide guidance to business analysts, project coordinators, and junior team members.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of progressively responsible experience managing and delivering IT projects
- Proven track record in both Waterfall and Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery methodologies.
- Experience working with on shore and off shore development teams.
- Familiarity with integrated enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, APIs, cloud services)
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decisionmaking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Effective stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and ITIL principles.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence).
