Overview
Onsite Tech Project Manager (bilingual Japanese).
PM with past development experience and ability to have a certain level of technical conversations.
Experience in estimating and making proposals (including handling RFPs) to understand customer needs.
Overall skills/experience in infrastructure (cloud) (VMWARE experience WANT)
PM Perspective
Bilingual Japanese who have an experience of being a PM with a good understanding of cultural, linguistic, and business background of customers.
Attending weekly meetings and translating Ukrainian materials before and after the meeting. (*The Ukraine team creates pretty good material. We agree with the customer using the English MASTER version with a reference machinery translated to Japanese.)
Onsite communication with customers/ Resolving customer concerns (on/offline before and after meetings)
Discovering new demand by utilizing the strength of an on-site native PM engineer (not as a salesperson) who is able to have face-to-face communication with customers of engineering groups.

VMWARE VCF design experience (WBS creation to detailed design)
VMWARE VCF version upgrade experience (*we are currently considering VCF9 latest version for 50 sites, therefore we expect the PM to play a part in WBS and detailed design.

Skyline of front-end component for OpenStack design or construction experience
