- Proven experience or expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.(mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle(SDLC) or Quality Management Systems(QMS).(nice to have) with 8+ years of experience.
- Ability to understand and translate Japanese customer requirements into technical solutions.(mandatory)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese N2 & above, with strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese.(mandatory)
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites for meetings.(mandatory)
- Experience working in Waterfall or Agile project methodologies.(nice to have)
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage day-to-day project activities to successfully deliver milestones.(nice to have)
- Design, develop, and optimize solutions leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
- Collaborate with Japanese customers to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work within software development processes (SDLC) or Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Experienced in the both Waterfall or Agile development projects.
- Attend on-site customer meetings and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Japanese, including documentation and presentations.
- Manage the project team, oversee day-to-day tasks, and ensure smooth coordination to achieve project milestones.
