採用の背景


経営改革本部は経営戦略部・経理財務部・DX推進部・サステナビリティ推進部の4部門で構成されています。現在の経理財務部は経営戦略に沿った成長を実現するために、経理財務部の役割・機能の拡充(経営管理機能、管理会計の強化等)が重要となっています。そこで、今回は組織をマネジメントできる人材を外部から招聘し、組織の強化を図りたいと考えています。

期待する役割


経理財務部は、経営の戦略的意思決定に深く関わることで会社の成長に貢献し、財務の健全性を確保することで経営の安定性を高めることに寄与することを目指しています。

『戦略的意思決定の支援』

予算策定とその後の予算実績管理、KPI設計、投資採算分析と資金調達などを通じて経営の戦略的意思決定に深く関わる。

『経営の安定性を高める』

キャッシュフローや資金繰りの最適化で財務の健全性を確保し、内部統制や各種規制対応を通じて経営の安定性を高める。

・経営管理能力の強化

・資金調達、投資・配当政策への対応

・継続的な業務改革への取り組み

上記役割の遂行を通じて、1~2年後には経理財務部の責任者を担っていただくことを期待しています。

経理財務部の仕事内容


経理室、財務室のマネジメントを担っていただきます。

また、各種会議体や事業部門への業績報告や分析レポートの提出をご担当いただきます。

・経営資料の作成・事業分析・改善提案等

・会社法・金商法に基づく会計監査対応

・半期報告書、有価証券報告書の作成・開示業務

・連結予算・中計の策定業務

経理財務部 8名(部長、マネジャー2名、メンバー5名(契約社員1名、嘱託社員1名含む))

・上場企業での管理職経験

<歓迎>

・中期経営計画に関わった経験 または今後携わりたい意欲のある方

・日商簿記2級以上

・税務の経験
